Filling a Prescription for an Inactive Drug

New prescriptions cannot be filled for Inactive drugs. Upon attempting to process the prescription from the Intake window, a prompt will appear indicating that the drug is Inactive. You must reactivate the drug to process the prescription.

prescriptions for Inactive drugs can be Refilled or reauthorized. Upon attempting to Refill or reauthorize a prescription for an Inactive drug, a prompt will appear indicating that the drug is Inactive, but you will have the option to proceed.

• Select Yes to continue processing the prescription.

• Select No to escape from Refilling or reauthorizing the prescription.
